Corporate Associate - US Firm - 1-5PQE - Hong Kong

A superb opportunity for a junior-mid level corporate lawyer to join the China corporate practice of this illustrious global firm in its celebrated Hong Kong office.

Candidates should be US qualified (ideally with a JD) and will have at least one full year of good quality corporate experience from working with a highly rated firm. The firm can offer corporate work of exceptional quality and importance and this incoming lawyer will find themselves working on some of the most high-profile deals available anywhere in the world, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and private equity transactions.

The role is open to lawyers relocating from overseas, but candidates must speak fluent Mandarin and be able to read and write in Chinese. The successful candidate can expect a full NY (new Cravath scale) salary, superb bonus and a generous relocation package (if coming from overseas).
