An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Real Estate Solicitor to work for a growing Legal 200 law firm based in their Bournemouth office, and be given the opportunity as a Partner from the outset. The role could suit an Associate who wants to make Partnership but doesn't feel it will happen at their current firm, or a Partner looking for a new challenge.
This expanding Legal 200 law firm in Bournemouth is looking for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor (8+ years’ PQE) in this succession planning role to join their successful and growing commercial property team. You'll be handling a broad range of HNW real estate work for a variety of clients, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, and development agreements. The firm has a friendly and supportive working environment and can offer long term career options with great scope for progression.
Your role as a Real Estate Partner will involve:
• Playing an active role in the growth of the department and supervision of staff
• Leading transactions
• Dealing with clients that include household names
