An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate Real Estate Solicitor to work for a growing Legal 200 law firm based in their Bournemouth office, where you can work towards Partnership. The role could suit an Associate who wants to make Partnership but doesn't feel it will happen at your current firm.
This expanding Legal 200 law firm in Bournemouth is looking for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor (6+ years’ PQE) in this succession planning role, to join their successful growing commercial property team. You'll be handling a broad range of HNW real estate work for a variety of clients, including landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions, disposals, and development agreements. The firm has a friendly and supportive working environment and can offer long term career options with great scope for progression.
Your role as a Senior Associate Real Estate Solicitor will involve:
• Playing an active role in the growth of the department.
• Supervision of junior team members
• Dealing with clients that include household names
