We are working closely with one of our clients in Leeds who have an established and well-recognised national Insolvency practice. They are top 50 UK law firm working with large clients assisting with some of their most difficult legal decision making in this time of Covid-19.

During this challenging climate, the insolvency practice is busy and getting busier by the month, hence they are now looking to enhance their team with the addition of a talented Insolvency lawyer (either contentious or non-contentious).

Ideally you will have 2 to 5 years' post qualification experience in an insolvency practice.

The current team consists of 8 Partners nationally who are described as "excellent and superb Insolvency Lawyers" in the Legal 500, so you will be well-supported and have a fantastic opportunity to learn.

The Insolvency practice regularly advises liquidators and trustees in bankruptcy on claims against directors and on issues relating to asset recovery and works with insolvency practitioners to assist in the realisation of a company's assets; many of these cases being contentious.

You will be joining a successful and growing top 50 UK law firm with 12 offices across the UK covering all aspects of commercial law. The firm is growing and attracts some of the best legal talent in the marketplace, often from much larger firms, due to their superb culture which is described as a friendly and pleasant place to work in.

You will be happy to grow with the team, be part of working with a high-quality client base of leading national companies, pitch to new clients to win their custom and share in their success.

The practice works closely with other offices drawing on a large team of Insolvency law specialists able to advise on the most complex and challenging cases.
