BCL Legal is delighted to be instructed in the recruitment of a corporate solicitor to join this top tier corporate team within this leading top 100 law firm in Cheltenham.

The Role:
· Working on top quality deals with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and private equity as well as sales and asset management
· Business development and networking

Candidate Requirements:
· You will have at between 2-5 years' PQE and be able to manage a caseload with minimal supervision
· This candidate will be able to show that they have a good technical knowledge
· Be able to show that you have a great team ethic and have excellent communication skills
