Commercial Litigation Solicitor | Top National Firm | 1+ PQE | Leeds

One of the top national firms in Leeds are seeking a 1+ PQE Solicitor to bolster their Commercial Litigation offering. This role is offered full time on a permanent basis, with agile working options available.

THE FIRM TEAM

The firms Commercial Litigation team is made up of a multitude of highly skilled lawyers. They cover a broad range of specialisms including commercial litigation, contract disputes, fraud, professional negligence, public procurement challenges, insurance, IT, and lending and banking disputes.

They operate on a national basis and the Leeds team work in particularly close collaboration with the surrounding regional offices. The team is well known nationally for servicing clients to a high standard.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This role will offer the successful candidate a wide spectrum of Commercial Litigation work, with a particular focus on professional negligence, pensions litigation and finance litigation.

Expect high levels of client contact from the outset and amble opportunities to get involved with business development, as well as assisting more senior members of the team high high value and complex matters.

THE CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will:

- be at least 1+ PQE with experience gained at a reputable firm
- be experienced in handling a broad caseload of commercial litigation matters
- have a strong academic profile and communication skills
- be enthusiastic and team orientated
