Employment Lawyer
South Yorkshire
QED Legal are working with a South Yorkshire regional practice who are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their small department out of their Doncaster office.
The firm deal with a mix of claimant and respondent work, including both contentious and non-contentious matters.
The ideal candidate must be able to hit the ground running and be comfortable dealing with a mixed caseload advising on disciplinary and grievance issues, discrimination in the workplace, employment tribunal litigation, settlement agreements, contracts of employment and staff handbooks and redundancy and TUPE transfers.
As part of the role there will be a need to be comfortable doing business development and building and maintaining client and prospective client relationships in the region.
The firm is multi-service yet small enough to have a friendly and family feel.
On offer is a competitive salary depending on experience + benefits.
