Job Title: Corporate Paralegal   

Salary: £55,000+ (negotiable) + Overtime

Location: Central London

Leading US law firm are looking for an experienced corporate paralegal to join their team and assist the partners and associates with a broad range of corporate work although there will be a focus on M&A work. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious firm and deal with a wide variety of transactional work. The role will suit an ambitious paralegal as this is an exceptional environment to learn and gain high quality experience as there are no trainees.

You should be comfortable handling complex matters efficiently and have an excellent eye for detail as well as the ability to keep up with a very fast-paced level of work and in line with deadlines.

It is essential that you have at least two years’ solid experience as a corporate paralegal from another US law firm, excellent research skills and the ability to prioritise work and manage your effectively. Flexibility is also a must.
