Due to continued growth our client is seeking extra support within their well regarded Intellectual Property team!
This is a hybrid PA and Trade Mark Formalities role and you will need previous experience within Trade Mark Formalities (CITMA course would be highly desirable)
You will prepare all the TM applications and related documents with responsibility of the TM database.
You will be liaising with foreign associates with filings and proceedings. You will also support the Fee earners with document and correspondence production, open files and manage the monthly billing and invoicing process.
You will also assist with all PA/organisational needs for the Fee earners as well as admin support!
This is a varied and interesting role that an individual can really make their own and is ideal for someone looking to move away from a niche law firm and move into a full service law firm.
Hours are 9am -5.30pm and the firm will be implementing agile working
Salary is £40-42k per annum.
