Our client is keen to speak with Residential Property Solicitors at NQ-5 years PQE who have strong experience with the following:

• Sales 

• Purchases

• Re-mortgages

• Transfers of Equity

• New Build

• Shared Ownership

• Assent or Sale of deceased owners property

• Power of Attorney transactions • Lease extensions

• Staircasing of Shared Ownership properties

• First registration of unregistered property

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will receive a clearly defined path to progression and a competitive remuneration package coupled with a highly competitive and achievable bonus scheme.
