Commercial Litigation Solicitor
A well-regarded City firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor.
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor’s responsibilities will involve:
- Handling a broad range of disputes
- Resolve complex commercial issues
- Advising on cases in every tier of the English court system from the County Court to the Supreme Court
- Advising on domestic and international arbitration, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
- The role will comprise a mixture of general commercial litigation work, including commercial contract disputes, insolvency disputes, professional negligence claims, regulatory, criminal / inquest / inquiry and civil fraud work
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor’s skills and experience:
- 3+ years’ PQE as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor
- Strong academic background
- Experience in the High Court
- Enjoy client contact
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
