In House Paralegal required by a growing manufacturing business based in Tamworth. The business have grown significantly over a number of years and now require an experienced paralegal to join their busy legal team.

A leading manufacturing business with an established in-house legal team.
Description
As an In-House Paralegal you will be working in a varied role, helping to support General Counsel across contractual, company secretarial and compliance. Other duties will include:
- Working with stakeholders across the business.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various commercial and supplier contracts.
- Supporting in managing and mitigating legal risks.
- Company secretarial duties.
- Providing day to day advice to all areas of the business on all legal issues.
Profile
The successful In House Paralegal will have some experience in drafting and reviewing commercial contacts. This experience does not need to be in house. Must have strong organisational and communication skills.
