Associate Financial Services Lawyer - London/New York - 2+PQE

Our client continues to scale up and offers exciting opportunities to work in-house. You will be a Lawyer whose background is working in a top tier international UK or US law firm. There are opportunities to explore working in business development, due diligence, transactional or case management roles. You can be located in either London or New York.

Your experience will be associated with financial services class actions and particularly understanding securitisation of investments.

You will be:

• An Associate Financial Services Lawyer with approximately 2 years' experience working in a law firm with class actions experience and knowledge of LIBOR and securitisation of investments.
• Qualified in England & Wales and/or the US.
• Experienced in due diligence and/or transactional work.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer to continue a career whilst working in-house for one of the best financial services litigation teams.

There is a competitive salary/bonus on offer and an opportunity to be based in either London or New York.
