An innovate and forward thinking firm of Property Lawyers are expanding rapidly through reputation, repeat business, and a merger with a complimentary West End based law firm.
 
As a result the directors are proactively focusing on scaling the business further and require a new team of Conveyancing solicitors to take over a very active and high value client base.
 
With a reputation for quality, our client has always punched above their weight and have a proven loyal customer base focussing on residential conveyancing across house moves, high end developments, buy to lets; and are on the panel for recommended buyers.
 
Solicitors bills approximately £20k per month with fees ranging between £1.5-4.5k per file. With very competitive basics and highly attractive commission schemes, their current team of solicitors earn upwards of £100k+. So there is no better time for Conveyancing Solicitors to join the ambitious and successful conveyancing team.
 
Conveyancing Solicitors will have:

• An outgoing personality and ability to build relationships quickly
• Experience using a case management system such as Proclaim
• A focus on providing quality work
• Ambition to develop your careers (equity partners bill over £1million annually, this could be you soon!)
