Litigation Paralegal

Our client is seeking a driven and ambitious Paralegal to join their Agricultural Litigation team based in Bristol, to support the Partners, Associates and Solicitors who work on the litigious casework for clients. Your new role

Within this role, you will support a Band-1 ranked team in progressing client matters, and ensuring things are dealt with in a timely and effective way. The work will be a broad spread of property litigation, commercial litigation and regulatory litigation.


What you'll need to succeed

You will have a Law degree and some basic knowledge/an interest in litigation; the LPC would be preferred but is not a pre-requisite. We're looking for a strong communicator, who is confident in dealing with matters over the phone, writing letters or via email. You'll need to be organised, work well under pressure and able to manage your workload; there will be supervision to support you in dealing with client matters and provide you with guidance on how to conduct research into the matter, but the firm need someone who can be confident to work under their own initiative.
