The Client
Our Client, a major global investment bank, is currently seeking to source a senior Technology, Commercial and IP legal counsel.
The Role
Working as part of a highly skilled legal team on a range of innovative technology matters, your responsibilities would include:
- Advising on legal matters such as data protection, outsourcing, procurement etc.
- Providing legal advice on issues pertaining to a variety of technology including big data/AI, blockchain technology and e-commerce.
- Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation associated with the above
- Interfacing with senior stakeholders and other teams across the business on a range of legal matters.
The Candidate
- A fully qualified 2 - 5 PQE lawyer with experience in private practice or in house dealing with commercial contracts, technology and IP matters.
