Private Client Solicitor - Brighton, East Sussex
A growing law firm in Brighton are looking for a career minded NQ Private Client Solicitor or FCILEx or experienced Paralegal to join them.
You'll be joining an established and well regarded private client team where you'll handle a mixed caseload of all aspects of private client matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in taking client instructions, drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and dealing with the administration of estates.
You will likely be an NQ Private Client Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal (or be coming up to qualifying in the coming months). You'll have had exposure to a range of private client matters including drafting wills, registering LPAs and estate administration. Experience of court of protection would be beneficial although not essential.
