Interim Commercial Paralegal required by a growing in house financial services business based in Birmingham City Centre. Experience in drafting commercial contracts is preferred, however will consider immediately available paralegals / LPC Graduates focusing on commercial law. Please note that you must be available to start within the next 4 weeks.

A growing financial services business with multiple locations across the Midlands.
Description
As an In-House Commercial Paralegal you will be required to support on a range of different projects as and when required. An example of what to expect include:
- Assisting General Counsel in commercial contracts to include NDAs, engagement letters and supplier agreements.
- Drafting legal correspondence.
- Preparing documents for general counsel.
- Providing general administrative support as required.
Profile
Ideally you will have some experience in drafting NDAs and engagement letters and be available on short notice (or immediately available). Will look at paralegals who have some commercial experience or LPC Graduates who are immediately available and have focused on commercial topics.
Job Offer
Immediate start with an established in house legal team in Birmingham City Centre. Working closely with General Counsel, you will be responsible for supporting and drafting on a range of commercial projects.
