Commercial Technology Lawyer - 2-6 PQE - London

This international firm's Commercial Technology team is recruiting for a lawyer to join. them The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' PQE. Experience of blockchain and crypto assets is an advantage.

The Commercial practice works on complex, headline-making deals across contracts, IT, outsourcing and privacy. Having experience within the multi-billion-dollar environments of AI, cloud, automation, additive manufacturing and blockchain, the team has worked on some of the largest outsourcing deals of the last few years.

The candidate can expect to get involved with advising on the full range of IT and outsourcing contracts across a variety of sectors, to include financial services, insurance, energy, consumer products, manufacturing, transportation/logistics, healthcare, retail, gaming, media and telecommunications.

As lockdown restrictions ease, the firm aims to move to the new blended-working policy as of 13th September. This will see employees attend the office for a minimum of two days a week, with one of those days being a 'team' day and the remainder of the week spent working remotely.
