Childcare Paralegal

LAW Absolute are currently seeking a diligent and conscientious Childcare Paralegal to work on behalf of a local authority based in South London for an initial duration of 3 months.

The successful Childcare Paralegal candidate will be able to work well as part of a wider team, assisting several lawyers daily.

As a Childcare Paralegal within the department, you will be required to undertake a diverse caseload and therefore will need to show experience in the following areas: 

• Filing and Serving documents,
• Bundling,
• Checking applications,
• Gathering evidence,
• Redacting evidence and,
• Liaising with counsel and external parties.
