This busy Commercial team acts for a broad client base including governments, regulatory bodies, energy suppliers, project developers, major utilities, network owner/operators, financial services, manufacturing clients and a wide range of corporates.

About the role

This busy Commercial team acts for a broad client base including governments, regulatory bodies, energy suppliers, project developers, major utilities, network owner/operators, financial services, manufacturing clients and a wide range of corporates. No two days are the same and daily tasks will include:

*Advising on a range of commercial matters including but not restricted to outsourcing, distribution, agency, long term supply agreements, contractual joint ventures and procurement contracts
*Advising on a range of projects with a local, national and international reach.
*You will have exposure to distribution and agency agreements, outsourcing agreements, supply contracts, ad hoc project work.
*In particular, this opportunity presents an exciting opportunity to work alongside experts in this field with Partners being highly commended in the Legal 500.
*A good understanding of data protection and intellectual property law would be beneficial but is not essential.

About the person

The successful Commercial Solicitor will be a UK qualified solicitor with at least 1 years' experience gained in Commercial matters.

Alongside an exceptional academic record, key skills that you will possess include a keen attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a thirst for knowledge, client focus and the ability to identify and develop appropriate networking opportunities.
