A new opportunity for a developing Property Lawyer at this well known local Eastbourne High Street practice.
The firm are long established across the East Sussex community offering private client’s quality and affordable legal advice, they are very much a traditional law firm focused on great client service and a friendly approach.
The conveyancing department are seeking to recruit a qualified residential property lawyer (Solicitor, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer) who is keen to take on responsibility and develop their expertise further. A good working knowledge of conveyancing matters with some fee earning experience on the more straightforward aspects for leasehold and freehold property transactions is desired with good support and training provided in order for you to fully establish yourself
The firm are seeking a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic attitude with a strong team ethic in what is a very hands-on role. Good familiarity with the local area would be advantageous along with sound billings to date based in line with the level of experience gained so far.
