My client is a leading law firm based in Southampton currently seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their award-winning department. The firm are one of the market leaders currently seeking individuals with at least one year's post qualification experience.

The Corporate & Commercial team are experienced in acting for private limited companies, owner managed businesses, UK operations of foreign multinationals, entrepreneurs and investors.

The ideal candidate would be a Corporate Solicitor with experience in dealing with corporate work, assisting on and/or running M&A transactions. You will have great technical ability alongside some great communication skills.

The role will require you to deal with M&A and disposals, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures, share buybacks, demergers, group reorganisations, management buy-outs / buyins, share option schemes, EOTs, succession and exit planning, banking and finance transactions, and general corporate advisory work.

You will be joining a team of highly skilled and experienced lawyers, some of which are personally recognised as leading individuals for Corporate/M&A work in the region. You will be provided with an excellent training in a fully supportive environment, where you will be encouraged to reach maximum potential.
