Litigation and Regulatory Solicitor/Associate - NQ-3+ PQE - Birmingham

This is an exciting opportunity to pursue a role as a Litigation and Regulatory Solicitor within the health and safety sector. The role

As a Litigation and Regulatory Solicitor in this team, you will:

· Support the team in providing an excellence service for a diverse client base from government departments and local authorities to large global businesses.
· Support the team's overall business strategy.
· Enhance the quality of the team's legal advice.
· Be advising on all aspects of environmental, health and safety and product safety regulatory work.
· Drafting, reviewing and amending a range of documents, conduct legal research and take clients instructions.

The candidate:

The successful Litigation and Regulatory Solicitor will have:

· NQ-3+ years PQE as a litigation solicitor with a mixture of litigation experience gained at a leading regional or City firm.
· Experience of the healthcare sector is desirable but not essential provided you have a genuine desire to move in this direction. A background in other public sectors would allow you to use those transferable skills.
· Excellent academic profile.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels across multiple jurisdictions.
