This well-established commercial property team of Solicitors offer a cost-effective, practical and commercial advice. They have many years’ experience in dealing with all types of property transactions, from small leases of office space to high value and complex property acquisitions or disposals. Areas of work which the commercial property team covers, include, purchase and sale of commercial, industrial or investment property, leases of property for landlords or tenants, lease renewal, rent review arrangements and licensing, development and building agreements, funding and financial arrangements, town and country planning issues, environmental issues, property litigation and building disputes, construction issues, compulsory purchases and property issues for charitable bodies.

You will have the skills to take on a high degree of responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast paced environment. Display sound technical knowledge, with a pragmatic solutions-focussed approach to advice. Have outstanding commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal skills. A desire to provide an excellent client service and the ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
