Banking/Corporate Finance lawyer 7+ years’ PQE BERMUDA

Commercial law firm in Bermuda is looking to recruit a Banking and Corporate Finance lawyer of 7 or more years’ PQE. The team has extensive experience in advising local and international clients on a wide range of Banking matters, Corporate transactions and related company law issues. The department provides advice across a variety of finance areas, as well as Corporate Finance, mergers and acquisitions. They also cover regulatory and legislative compliance. In addition to candidates already working offshore, our client will consider candidates from jurisdictions such as the UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand. The wider remuneration package will also include pension, health care (including dental/eye care), bonus structure (based on fees generated), 25 days’ holiday entitlement (increasing with years of service) and promotion prospects for the right individual.
