Senior Insurance Lawyer

A fantastic brand in the Lloyds insurance market is expanding its legal team with the addition of a mid to senior level insurance lawyer. This is a broad in-house position and will involve handling much more than just insurance contracts. You will work on matters such as technology/outsourcing contracts, lease agreements and supporting the HR team, and you will be expected to become an all-rounder. Insurance topics include regulatory matters and sanctions issues, assisting the underwriting teams with wordings and confidentiality agreements, attending broker/client and claims meetings, providing (re)insurance legal training, assisting with complex claims.

To be considered for this role you should be around the 3-10 PQE bracket. You will have solid law firm training, ideally with some recent in-house experience or a secondment to an insurance company.
