The Company

Due to their rapid growth, they are expanding and looking for a Legal Counsel to join the team.

This all makes it a great organisation to join, which is particularly important to find as a lawyer.
Requirements for the role:
- Qualified Solicitor of England & Wales with 2-3 years post qualified experience
- Experience in a venture-backed scale-up would be ideal.
- Strong GDPR and data protection knowledge
- Strong commercial negotiation skills
- Strong policy and compliance experience
Ideal qualities but not requirements for the role:
- Experience in a regulated industry
- Supporting ancillary work surrounding future investment and M&A activity
In return:
- Salary is between £60,000-£80,000 a year depending on experience
- Generous equity options scheme
- Work-Life balance with flexible start and finish times (working from home is welcomed, and you also get wellness hours, birthday breaks, and more).
- Be based fully from London offices or remote - wherever you need and want to be.
