Legal Counsel - Technology, 6+PQE - Singapore

A leading technology company, our client is recruiting an experienced commercial lawyer to be part of a team which supports all strategic and operational issues, and in particular, corporate and commercial transactions, tenders, and contract management matters. Applicants will have prior experience working in the TMT sector and be comfortable with advising on IT, cybersecurity, procurement, infrastructure or corporate matters.

Successful candidates will possess:

• A recognised degree in Law and a minimum of 6PQE, with experience in corporate, TMT, ICT or media law.
• A strong interest in commercial transactions along with proven drafting and negotiating capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• The ability to work independently and in a team
