OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
Due to their ongoing success, our client is looking to continue the expansion of their residential conveyancing team. Primarily, the caseload will be made up of sale and purchase files. In addition, the appointed Residential Conveyancer will work on matters including help to buy, shared ownership and re-mortgaging.

REQUIREMENTS:
Our client is keen to hear from Residential Conveyancers with several years of experience handling their own caseload of conveyancing files. Our client is open to considering qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licenced Conveyancers.
