Leading financial services organisation seeking corporate and/or finance lawyers for full-service in-house position based in Surrey.
You will be involved in a wide range of transactional, finance and general advisory work, and also some general commercial work as it arises. This role is to work on large transformational projects for the business so offers a lot of variety and access to the business.
You will have a corporate or finance background with experience from a reputable firm or in-house.
You will join and established team of highly credible and experienced lawyers and be an excellent team player.
This position is based in Surrey, with flexible working provided (ideally 2 days in the office from September time).
