Global reaching company with a business immersed legal team seeks a corporate governance lawyer due to continued acquisition led growth.
Responsibilities:
Corporate advisory & governance, support for M&A and strategic projects, plc share registry, listing rules, investor relations, shareholder meetings, AGM annual reporting, company secretarial, regulatory work/MAR
We are looking for:
We are seeking Lawyers with at least 4 years PQE* from a top UK law firm with international experience. You will have a solid understanding of and significant experience in M&A transactions and a range of corporate advisory/governance matters. The role will be varied and undertake generalist work also. Further career development opportunities arise within this global legal team and we seek someone minded towards such development
