Top firm in Oxford are currently seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor (minimum 3 years + PQE) to join its widely regarded Property Litigation team.
The team advises on a broad range of property litigation including: adverse possession, assured shorthold tenancies, boundary disputes, breach of covenants, commercial rent arrears recovery, dilapidations claims, enforcement, forfeiture, insolvency and its effect on rights and obligations, landlord and tenant, lease extensions and renewal and lease termination
The team acts for a broad range of clients including SMEs, Owner Managed Businesses, Oxford University Colleges, Charities and Schools.
The Property litigation department has continued to see increasing volumes of work, is Partner led with 2 other fee earners.
The ideal candidate will have obtained broad legal knowledge and expertise gained within a noted Property Litigation practice, be adept at providing high quality legal support as well as demonstrating an ability to be versatile, solutions-orientated and have a strategic approach to issues.
You will be expected to interact appropriately with clients. Be quick thinking, driven, be commercially minded and enthusiastic. This is an excellent career opportunity and an exciting time to join a growing practice.
