Excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Midlands firm, working alongside experts in the field of Commercial Property.
The role here would be perfectly suited to an experienced commercial property paralegal who is familiar with working on a caseload under the supervision of a more experienced Fee Earner. Day to day you will be assisting on advising a range of commercial clients on the sale and purchase of freehold and industrial units, landlord and tenant work, site assembly, residential development and the sale and purchase of mostly small business.
The Partner in the team here is really approachable and this is a great hands-on opportunity for an experienced paralegal who wants to really make a mark and get involved in cases and clients from the start.
The firm do progress and support their staff, it has a friendly, family feel and there is a low turnover of employees here.
Salary is dependent on experience + benefits.
