The Role
The firm is seeking to hire a New Build Residential Property Solicitor into their thriving South London office.
The Conveyancing department is currently looking for an energetic Residential Property Lawyer who is looking to develop their career. You will work alongside a highly experienced team dealing with a top-quality caseload. The work will be varied, and you will also come across a wide client base.
You will be given a unique environment where you can develop your career in a comfortable, friendly and exciting department. You will also have the autonomy to make your own decisions but be given support if you require it.
Requirements
- You will be a Residential Property Associate with at least 3 years PQE + and experience in all aspects of New Build.
- You will be energetic and enthusiastic about developing your career
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
- Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure
