We are working with a Birmingham private practice who are looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join its team.

Description
This is an opportunity to join a busy and established Corporate team in Birmingham, advising on the full range of Corporate matters from M&A work through to day to day ad-hoc advice.
The team is small so there is plenty of chance for you to make an impact and push on your career. There will be full support from the Partners to develop you as a Corporate Lawyer but you will also be given freedom to deal with clients directly and run on matters.
The team typical acts for regional and national SMEs both on the buyer and seller side.
The team has a good culture and enjoys working flexibly.
This would be a great opportunity for somebody either looking to step up from a smaller law firm or perhaps somebody who is working for a large international practice and is looking for more autonomy within an excellent team culture.
Profile
It's likely that you will have at least 2 years' experience as a Corporate Solicitor.
