Commercial Technology Senior Associate
Oxford
3-5 PQE
£52,000 + DOE
Our client, a forward thinking international law firm, is looking for a talented commercial IT associate or senior associate to join their renowned practice based in Oxford.
In this key role, you will focus primarily on advising on complex commercial contracts and agreements, including technology related work, working with well-known progressive clients with UK and international interests. These clients include Fortune 500 technology multinationals, fast growth venture backed businesses and owner managed companies as well as partnerships and R&D businesses. The firm has an impressive depth of expertise in a number of key sectors including lifesciences, digital media, FinTech and retail. The quality of the work is exceptional and the team is widely regarded as one of the leading lights when it comes to commercial IT and IP law in the market.
Ideally you will have gained experience in a City firm or large regional practice or other leading commercial IT practice with proven technical legal skills and a commercial, client led approach. You will ideally have ca 3 years pqe and be an Associate or Senior Associate although applications are welcomed from individuals with more or less experience than this provided they can demonstrate strong technical exposure.
