The Role

Following an ongoing period of business and client growth, a Commercial Property Associate is needed to aid in the investment, management and finances concerning the property portfolios of some of the most prolific investors on the market.

You will be a leading advisor in the sector, with your clients owning assets in excess of hundreds of millions of pounds. You will act also for some of the largest and well-known restaurant brands in the UK for example

The role puts emphasis on technical prowess due to the varied and often challenging nature of needs presented by clients, whilst also ensuring the needs of said clients are adequately managed and in many cases exceeded.

Requirements

• 1+ PQE within Commercial Property
• Passion for your work, and wanting to develop upwards within the team
• Ideally, experience supporting national clients
