We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development & Marketing Administrator to join the London office of a leading global law firm client on a permanent basis. The Business Development and Marketing Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the administrative needs if the Litigations and Investigations Business Development Team. Duties will include: - Scheduling calls and meetings, helping to organise client events and industry conferences;- Assisting with the collection and distribution of resources and information across the BD team;- Maintaining pitch logs including win/loss information;- Assisting with the editing, production and maintenance of marketing materials and related content;- Ensuring BD resources, mailings lists etc. are up to date. This fast-paced role will suit a highly organised and meticulous individual with the ability to prioritise workload. Strong MS Office skills are required along with advanced written and communication skills and a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
