Housing Litigation Lawyer

LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in the home counties in southern England, who are seeking a Housing Lawyer for an initial three-month contract.

The successful Housing Lawyer will be required to start the locum role early September and will be able to work remotely in the main, with the potential to attend the office two days per week in due course. You will be required to assist the housing team with tenancy related issues including a significant amount of anti-social behaviour litigation.

Previous local government housing experience would be highly advantageous.

Due to the urgent nature of the role, we are seeking candidates available on no more than two weeks’ notice.
