Property Litigation NQ+ Solicitor, Bristol

This highly rated top 100 UK law firm firm seeks to appoint a property litigation lawyer to join their growing team based in Bristol.

Joining this friendly, partner led team you'll handle a mixed caseload of matters arising from all manner of property related disputes, including boundary disputes, dilapidation and disrepair claims and disputes under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954. You'll be advising a diverse portfolio of clients including property developers, investors, lenders, individuals and owner-occupiers.

The firm is interested to speak to final seat trainee solicitors / NQ solicitors with some experience in property litigation. You are likely to have undertaken at least one seat in property disputes or alternatively, you'll have done a general contentious seat to include some property litigation gained with another recognised local or national firm.
