Senior Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining an extremely successful and expanding global name in the TMT industry.
The organisation has developed a real game-changing market-leading product and partners with leading international brands and clients across the globe.
The organisation has its HQ in central London and has various additional international offices.
Role
You will join in a brand newly created role (due to organic growth and success) as Senior Legal Counsel and you will undertake an extremely broad and varied remit.
You will report directly into the General Counsel and you will have direct access to internal stakeholders at all levels of the business.
You will be rewarded with a highly attractive financial package including equity/share options.
You will be able to undertake a hybrid working model.
You
You will be a UK qualified Solicitor or other Common Law jurisdiction qualified lawyer with approximately 4-9 years' PQE. You will have prior experience of tech/software/IT/TMT related matters.
