A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Crawley is looking for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE to join its successful and growing team.
You will be involved in a wide range of corporate commercial transactions, including Mergers and Acquisitions, business sale and purchases, drafting shareholder agreements and contract terms.
It is hoped this role will lead to becoming Head of Department and so the firm is looking for an experienced corporate commercial solicitor who would like to manage others and develop their career.
