Legal Counsel
Exposure to UK / International legal matters
Cardiff / Home working
A global business intelligence organisation are looking to appoint a Legal Counsel to join their Head office in Cardiff. Reporting into the Head of Legal you will provide legal support to key business areas within the head office and also sales operations based globally.
This will include drafting and reviewing commercial contracts including supplier contracts, T&Cs, data license agreements, IP, IT contracts (SaaS, software and hardware leasing/ licensing etc), new product launches, data protection, company secretarial and compliance. In addition you will have the opportunity to assist with financing arrangements, M&A & strategic alliances.
You may currently be working in-house or in private practice and will be keen to take on a broad commercial position where you will be fully supported / mentored to develop your career in-house.
