A rapidly expanding Global market leading Fintech is expanding its team and has an exciting opportunity for a commercial Legal Counsel to join their highly professional in-house team in supporting the business across the UK and internationally. 

Reporting into the Head of Legal, you will support the business on general legal matters and lead legal negotiations to secure deals with our major financial institution clients whilst working effectively with key stakeholders to proactively identify and drive revenue generating contractual relationship and advise the business on commercial strategy from a legal perspective.
