Are you a Solicitor in North Wales looking for a new challenge working with a friendly modern law firm in Bangor?
You will be a qualified Solicitor (ideally 2 years PQE, but those at NQ level or approaching qualification will also be considered) and you will have a background in Residential Conveyancing/Property. You will work alongside the wider Conveyancing department, which consists of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners. You'll handle your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions including sale & purchase, leasehold and freehold, transfer of equity, remortgage, equity release, shared ownership, help to buy and right to buy.
You'll be a passionate Solicitor and be able to provide support and guidance to the wider team as and when necessary.
You'll play a crucial role in the development of the Conveyancing department and be part of the overall departments long term expansion plans.
