This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial litigation lawyer to join a firm based in North-Kent. This role would best suit someone with between 2-3 years PQE but profiles will less/more experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
- handling a caseload of commercial litigation work including employment, IP disputes etc.
- liaising with commercial clients - taking instructions and then providing updates on progress of cases
- actively participate in business development activities to aid the growth of the department
Profile
The successful candidate will have experience working within litigation, and specifically handling files of a commercial nature.
