An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the specialist non-contentious Housing and Regeneration team of a Legal 500 practice at offices in Lancashire with home working available.
Our client has an excellent reputation for acting on behalf of Housing Associations and other housing sector clients. An opportunity has now arisen to join to focus on development work. As a Housing and Regeneration/ Development Solicitor you will be undertaking the following:- Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase contracts as well as conditional agreements, development agreements, section 106 agreement variations, overage agreements etc- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of development sites- Advising on landlord and tenant issues- Playing a key role in building client relationships, tenders etcThe role would suit any Property solicitor (commercial or residential) who has a keen interest in this area and strong transactional experience. Previous experience of acting in the housing sector would be beneficial but is not a requirement as training can be provided.This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your experience in or to retrain into a specialist area at a highly regarded firm.
