Residential Conveyancer

Our client is an established National Property Specialist firm which undertakes high volumes of quality residential property and conveyancing work for a broad, wide-ranging client-base. It is now seeking to appoint an assured Residential Conveyancer, on a part-time basis, to join its team and help assist it in running large volumes of residential conveyancing files. The role will be purely home-based.

Our client handles a significant amount of residential property transactions and, as an experienced Conveyancer, you will be expected to be confident in assisting other team members with the entirety of the conveynacing process - from instruction through to sale and purchase. Experience of dealing with volume caseloads would be a distinct advantage to any application.
