PARALEGAL, OIL AND GAS COMMODITIES TRADING, DUBAI

CLIENT: Our client is a global commodities trading company, with an emphasis towards oil and gas products. They have offices spanning Europe, the Middle East and Asia, but maintain a major hub in Dubai. Their small, international standard legal team is now seeking a paralegal to support them with a wide variety of commercial contracts, day to day operational work, as well as regulatory and compliance matters.

ROLE: You will handle a very broad spread of corporate and commercial work, with the flow coming in from many directions, for example creating new precedent documentation, and advising on commercial contracts with suppliers, traders and business partners. The nature of the small team means that you will be kept busy, interested, and close to the heart of commercial operations.

CANDIDATE: There are some guideline criteria to consider:

• You'll need to be an experienced paralegal and based in Dubai right now.
• Have general work across corporate and commercial matters.
• Exposure to international trade, energy (oil and gas specifically), products or finance would be helpful.
• Have worked in either (or both) a reputable corporate or international standard law firm.
